My name is Teighan Duffy, founder of T. Duffy Bookkeeping. We launched our business in February 2024, with the goal in mind to help inspire other small businesses to take control of their finances and uncover hidden profits.

What type of businesses do you specialize in?

Growing up around the construction industry and working for a local home builder before turning the page to becoming a bookkeeper, I have a passion for the real estate industry. We are happy to service anyone from property management to new home construction. BUT that's not all! We have a wide range of clients all the way from the beauty industry to agriculture.

Why is bookkeeping important for my business?

Bookkeeping is the fine line between "Was my business profitable this year?" or "Where did all my money go?" The time and energy you have invested in your business is far too valuable to be asking yourself if you made a profit this year! It is time to start seeing your money and understanding what it actually means behind ALL those numbers!

What is the cost?

Our minimum fee for recurring monthly bookkeeping is $300 (plus tax). Each service is fully customized to meet your businesses unique needs. Setup and/or cleanup is considered a premium service and a quote is provided for a minimum 3m contract.

Can I outsource only certain parts of my bookkeeping to you?

Yes absolutely! Bookkeeping is not a one size fits all, all of our packages are tailored specifically to the needs of your business. During our client consultation we will discover your strengths as a business owner, which involves what portion of the bookkeeping you wish to outsource.

Do you work with clients outside of Alberta or remotely?

The answer is YES!! We thrive with our virtual clients, EVEN if you are not fully comfortable with online basis we adapt to our client needs and assist with bringing them up to speed on the new way of doing business which is virtual based!
